Getting to Le Mans is easy – and we provide a wide choice of channel crossings – including Brittany Ferries, P&O and LeShuttle.

There are numerous departure times throughout the day and night from Dover and Folkestone to Calais or from Portsmouth to Caen or St Malo, Poole to Cherbourg or Plymouth to Roscoff.

For Brittany Ferries, it is mandatory to purchase cabins (if available) for overnight crossings:

  • 4 berth inside cabin – Price guide, £TBC each way, cost dependent on choice & availability
  • 2 berth inside cabin – Price guide, £TBC each way, cost dependent on choice & availability
  • Reclining Seat – £TBC per seat, each way

Le Shuttle from Folkestone to Calais offers a wide choice of departure times throughout the day and night.

Flexiplus travel is available although not on all days over the Le Mans week – please call reservations for a precise quote. FlexiPlus fares are perfect for travellers requiring convenience and flexibility – turn up early or late; you can travel on the next available shuttle. If you wish to amend your booking you can do so at no extra cost. As a FlexiPlus customer you have use of exclusive Check-in booths and you will be offered the next available departure. With a crossing time of only 35 minutes, Le Shuttle offers the fastest channel crossing. The service operates round the clock, 365 days a year with up to 3 departures an hour during peak periods.

P&O Ferries

P&O Ferries offers the economical way to get to Le Mans. With up to 15 sailings a day, so there are plenty of cross-channel ferries to fit around your schedule. The average crossing time is 90 minutes.

It is recommended to arrive at least 60 minutes before your scheduled departure time if you are travelling with a vehicle. This allows enough time for check-in, security checks, and boarding.
